I founded Bike Tour Evolution to create premium cycling tours that feel personal, meaningful, and accessible to riders of different levels. From cycling adventures and iconic climbs to scenic road routes and immersive bike travel, every journey is carefully curated and designed around your rhythm.
As a former professional cyclist with a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Tourism Management, and certified expertise in sports nutrition and sports massage, I combine performance knowledge with the art of designing high-end cycling travel experiences.
What inspires me is helping people experience cycling in its many forms in their own way: through challenging climbs, relaxed scenic routes, or quiet moments of connection with the landscape.

Andreas Pescoll is the heart of mountain cycling adventures in the Dolomites. Growing up amidst these iconic peaks, he discovered a lifelong passion for the outdoors—hiking, skiing, and eventually road cycling, which became his true calling. As a certified cycling guide since 2010, Andreas transforms each ride into a journey through breathtaking landscapes, sharing his expertise, local knowledge, and love for the mountains. Fluent in Ladin, German, Italian, and English, he brings authenticity and insight to every adventure, inspiring riders to connect deeply with the ride and the stunning Dolomite scenery.
Daniele Bennati is not just a former professional cyclist: he is the heartbeat of Beyond the Ride. With years of international racing experience, he brings expertise, passion, and charisma to every ride. On the road, every climb, curve, and breathtaking view becomes an invitation to live the essence of cycling. As the central figure of Beyond the Ride, Daniele makes each adventure a premium and unforgettable experience.
